Products purchased via www.bittercolors.com may only be returned to www.bittercolors.com.

If a PRODUCT is produced in line with our customers’ special requests and demands, has been customized by making changes or additions, is non-returnable by its nature, is soiled or stained, has had its tag removed, is likely to perish quickly or pass its expiration date, and in general if the PRODUCT has been used or—even if unused—has been removed from its packaging, the BUYER may not exercise the right of withdrawal.

Used products are not eligible for return.

An invoice must be presented for all returns.

For products purchased via www.bittercolors.com, payment can only be made by credit card.
